FISH/SEAFOOD

Shrimp Alfresto Fresh vegetables sautéed in olive oil and garlic and tossed with fettuccini Alfredo and pesto

Shrimp Scampi  very light Northern Italian dish that sautés  fresh garlic, basil, spinach and shrimp deglazed with wine and tossed with very thin spaghetti

Tuscany Salmon      First the salmon is seared on a hot broiler, then simmered in wine tomatoes, olives, and mushrooms, tossed with penne noodles

BEEF

Baked Beef Lasagna  homemade and famous!

Filet Mignon  8 oz. cut.  served with au jus and fresh vegetables and choice of potato

Spaghetti or Mostaciolli  served in a large bowl with your choice of meat or marinara sauce

POULTRY

Chicken Alfredo  our claim to fame!  boneless pieces of breast chicken sautéed in garlic, basil and olive oil, and tossed with fettuccini Alfredo and extra  mozzarella cheese

Chicken Saltimboucca  It's Italian for "jumps in the mouth!"  Boneless breast of chicken pounded thin and stuffed with ham, mozzarella and Italian stuffing, sautéed in olive oil and Chablis.  served with fettuccini Alfredo

Chicken Marsala  new and famous!  Lightly floured boneless breast sautéed in oil, margarine and Marsala wine with mushrooms and onions.  Served on a bed of thin spaghetti

Chicken Parmesan   lightly fried, topped with meat sauce, mozzarella, and fresh parmesan cheese.  served with your choice of pasta

VEGETARIAN

Eggplant Parmesan  like nowhere else!  lightly fried in beer batter and topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella on a bed of vermicelli

Portabella Mushroom Spinach  Lasagna   Feta cheese, Alfredo and Marinara, Mozzarella, spinach and lots of portabella mushrooms
